This holiday flat is accessible to people with minor disabilities:
it is accessible without steps, you can park directly in front of the flat, and the kitchen-diner and large bedroom offer sufficient space to move around. The bathroom also offers sufficient space to move around, but the shower has a step of approx. 10 cm.

The flat on the ground floor of the adjoining building is ideal for guests with limited mobility.

Sauna – Between 1 September and 31 May, our wood-fired Finnish garden sauna with relaxation room and relaxation garden is available to you free of charge.

We kindly ask you to plan your arrival and departure:

Early check-in or late check-out can be booked for an additional fee. Please clarify this with us in advance if you are unable to adhere to these times.

On request, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast in our dining room between 7:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. Daily breakfast for your entire travel group (children up to 8 years old €12/day, 8+ adults or €14/day)

We are happy to order fresh bread rolls of your choice from our master baker Werner every day.

We are happy to pick up our guests from Neumarkt train station or Bolzano airport for a small fee!

Hair dryers, kettles and filter coffee machines are available in every apartment. Microwaves, tabletop ovens, hand blenders, hand mixers and toasters are available on request where not already provided.
Common room
Outside of breakfast hours, our common room can be used as a quiet additional lounge. The common room can be used until 9 p.m. with advance notice, provided we are in the house. No parties, no food.

Pets:
Upon prior request and for an additional charge, we accept one dog or one cat in our Weisshorn, Abendsonne, Omas Garten and Urlaub bei Oma apartments.
We also ask our furry friends to follow a few rules.
Our beds, upholstered furniture, textiles and crockery in the apartments are reserved for our human guests. If you need a blanket or bowl for your animal friend, please ask us.
Please never leave your pet alone in the courtyard or in the apartment. Remember that this is not their home and they will not feel as comfortable alone as they do at home.
We ask you to dispose of any dog waste you collect in a sealed bag in the residual waste bin. Our meadows and those of our neighbours are used for food production, so dog waste is not acceptable there.
You will be liable for any damage to our flats, furniture or textiles.
A maximum of one permitted pet of any type and size must be registered in advance. Surcharge €20/day. If the registration requirement, maximum number or prohibition in the rented unit is violated, we will charge €30/pet&day.
