• Südtirol GuestPass  - NEW from 1 January 2025 - included in the price: The Mobilcard gives you unlimited use of all public transport throughout South Tyrol and offers a wide range of local discounts. Get the free südtirolmobil app to check current connections and journey times.

• Sauna - Between 1 September and 31 May you can use our wood-heated Finnish garden sauna with relaxation room and relaxation garden free of charge.

• Bed linen + children's equipment, hand and shower towels -2x toilet paper hand soap, dry cloths, dishwashing sponge and washing-up liquid

Check-in & Out

We ask you to plan your arrival and departure:

Check-IN: 3 p.m.-9 p.m. Check-OUT 7 a.m.-  9:00 a.m.,

Early check-in or late check-out can be booked. Please clarify with us in advance if you cannot adhere to these times.

Breakfast

If you wish, you can have a delicious breakfast in our room between 7.30 a.m. and 9.30 a.m. You are welcome to order breakfast only for certain days or for check out.

Our breakfast includes farm-made jams, juices, bacon and sausages, fruit, pastries, tea, eggs, yoghurt and muesli and local products such as milk, cheese, bread and coffee.

Bread service: fresh bread from the bakery every day

We would be happy to order fresh rolls of your choice for you every day from our master baker Werner.

Pick up service

We are happy to pick up our guests from the Bolzano or Neumarkt train station or the airport in Bolzano for a fee!

Means of transport

The nearest bus stop is 200 m away (see map). Buses run every hour to Neumarkt, Auer and Petersberg Weissenstein.

We have a communal washing machine and dryer at your disposal.

Pets:

We accept upon prior request and at an additional cost  1 dog or 1 cat each in our apartments Weisshorn, Abendsonne, Grandma's Garden and Holiday with Grandma.

We also ask our furry friends to follow a few rules.

• Our beds, upholstered furniture and our textiles as well as our dishes in the apartments are reserved for our human guests. If you need a blanket or bowl for your animal friend, please ask.

• Please never leave your animal alone on the farm or in the apartment. Remember that this is not his home and he will not feel comfortable alone like he does at home.

• We ask that you dispose of the collected dog waste, well packaged, directly in the residual waste bin. Our and our neighbors' meadows are used for food production, so dog feces are not acceptable there.

• If damage occurs to our apartments, furniture or textiles, you must be held liable.
