Farmer's breakfast - a good start to the day

You can have breakfast with us according to your wishes: Between 7 and 10 a.m., a hearty farm breakfast awaits you in our cozy farmhouse dining room. There, Farmer Maria and Farmer Albert conjure up juice, yogurt, bacon, cooked ham, house-made sausage, liver pâté from local and farm-produced goods, along with delicious coffee or fragrant herbal tea from our garden. Additionally, we offer seasonal fruits and vegetables (pickled in winter), boiled eggs, homemade jams, pastries, muesli, and much more. From our dairy farm Mila, the Learnerhof farm dairy, and the Cavalese dairy come cheese, butter, and milk, while our master baker spoils you with whole grain rolls, bread rolls, and rye bread.

Bread Service:

For a perfect start to the day, we order fresh rolls daily according to your taste from our master baker. Just let us know by 5:00 p.m. which rolls you'd like, and we'll take care of the rest.
