Our animals

Hares, chickens, cats, and pigs call our farm home. However, our most important animals are our cows.

Since 2012, we've abandoned dairy farming and transitioned to raising Angus cows in a maternal herd.

We maintain our animals in natural maternal conditions, feeding them exclusively with forage from our own operation and a grain mixture. From May to November, our animals graze on our meadows, our own mountain pastures, and the community-owned Schönrastalm near the Bletterbach.
